Pierrefonds Soccer Association (PSA) Embraces New Era of Integrity with Full Support for Regional Transition.
PIERREFONDS, QC - November 6, 2025 - The Pierrefonds Soccer Association (PSA) confirms that, following a comprehensive review, the club did not retain its National and Provincial licensing status due to administrative and operational deficiencies.
The PSA is taking a decisive and empowering step forward today, announcing a NEW ERA defined by unwavering accountability, transparency, and integrity. We understand the seriousness of this news and sincerely regret the challenges this may cause our members. We fully accept this outcome and choose to view this moment not as a setback, but as the single greatest opportunity for organizational renewal and repair in our history.

NATIONAL YOUTH CLUB LICENSE HOLDER
Pierrefonds Soccer has been granted the National Youth Club Licence for a period of two years. Our goal is to maintain the National Youth Club License status going forward, and to continue to provide an elevated and high quality soccer experience for our members.
The Canada Soccer National Youth Club Licence recognizes the highest achieving organizations from across Canada and rewards them with the Canada Soccer Approved Youth Soccer Club endorsement and associated MLS Home Grown Player benefits. Organizations achieving this licence display characteristics and demonstrate behaviours aligned with the highest expectations of governance, administration, infrastructure, and technical, support their PTSO and Canada Soccer Pathways and participate in the highest level of competition in Canada; the Canada Soccer Player Development Program.
