Soccer Quebec Movement Protocol for players coming from another club.

The purpose of this document is to establish transparent communication and to maintain a cordial collaboration between clubs.

Refund Policy

All requests for registration fees refunds must be submitted on a completed and signed Refund Request Form, available for download below. Any other requests will not be considered.

The Club Affiliation fee is non refundable whether the refund request is made prior to or after the start of an activity.

If a refund request is received prior to start of the program, the Activity fee will be refunded in full, as well as the Canada Soccer, Soccer Quebec and Regional Association (ARS LSL) Affiliation fees.

If a refund request is received after the start of the program and approved, the refund amount will reflect the particular circumstances of the request, including but not limited to the retention of an amount for services rendered, cost of uniform or t-shirt, etc. Only the date the refund request is received will be the basis for any refund calculation.

The Canada Soccer, Soccer Quebec and Regional Association (ARS LSL) Affiliation fees are non-refundable once the activity has started.

If a participant is suspended due to disciplinary reasons or breach of Club and/or League rules and policies, no refund or credit is issued.

No refunds will be issued for services not rendered due to the weather conditions beyond our control (such as extreme heat, heavy rain, etc.) 

Refunds will only be made out to the individual who made the initial payment. A refund request does not guarantee a refund or credit. Please allow 4 weeks for processing a refund request.

Please be advised that a $25 release fee will be charged to the member to cover the $25 release fee that club is charged by the Regional Association to process a player release.
