Overview

PSA Senior Soccer provides the opportunity for young adults (19 to 45+) to stay in shape and enjoy the camaraderie of team play. This includes the opportunity to practice and play at a variety of levels, competitive and recreational. Our goal is to provide adult players with the best possible soccer learning and playing experience. Whether you have graduated from our youth programs or are an interested beginner, there is a place for you in the PSA Soccer Club’s Senior Program.

The League is split into U21 and Senior Divisions at recreational and competitive levels. The 11 aside Outdoor Program runs from April to September and the 7 aside Indoor program runs from November to March.

PSA U-21 and Senior teams currently compete in the Lac St Louis (LSL) Senior League against teams from 14 other LSL Clubs. The league offers Women’s and Men’s U-21: A & AA competitive divisions and Senior: AA Div. (1) and A Divisions (2 to 5), as well as Recreational Divisions 6 & 7.

Prize money and promotion to higher divisions are rewarded to the teams that excel in their divisions. Once the summer season ends, players may continue playing in the LSL Indoor Senior League.

What to Expect from the PSA Senior League

Senior players will be treated with respect, play at the appropriate skill level, receive quality coaching and receive an appropriate and fair amount of playing time. Senior players must respect the decisions of officials and coaches, conduct themselves appropriately on and off the field, and pay all fees owing to the club in full and on time.

Coaches must conduct themselves in a respectful manner, treat players fairly at all times, offer constructive criticism and always encourage their players to improve.

PSA is responsible to choose the uniform and other branding strategies of the Club, assign players and coaches to teams based on ability, determine the league(s) that teams will participate in. PSA may take disciplinary action against any individual within the club for any unreasonable behaviour and have the final decision in matters concerning all administration, coaching and player issues.
